Most enterprise software vendors misunderstand the London Market.

They assume specialty insurance is "commercial P&C with complexity." It isn't. It's a fundamentally different business model. You can't retrofit one onto the other. The data model is wrong at the foundation.

P&C and specialty aren't different complexity levels. They're mathematical inversions of each other. Same variables, reversed sequence. This is why carriers reorganise endlessly, acquisitions don't integrate cleanly, and platforms built for one paradigm fail in the other.

The architecture that solves this exists. I built it.

This architectural gap is why Blueprint Two matters. The London Market is finally addressing at an industry level what individual vendors couldn't solve alone.
